How can you be the light of the world?

This day was all about the sunday service and the phrase of ….
Every nationality was asking themselves how they can be light of the world at their homes.

Jakob (Germany):

„You are the light of the world. That´s what Jesus told the people listening to him. This was a great promise. But also an obligation. Light ist essential for life. Plants need it to grow. Humans need it too. But it´s not important to be the biggest light. It´s to spread the light across and along your possibilities. Be friendly to each other, have an open eye, listen to what others say – that´s the light.“

Bashar (Palestine):

„There are two main kinds of religions in Palestine, which are Christianity and Islam. The majority of the people in Palestine are Muslims, while we as Christians are the minority. We as the minority can be an important role model for our Muslim friends. We can be important role models by loving our neighbors even thought they have different believes. By doing this, we spread the light of Christianity. Christians spread one kind of light, while other religions spread another kind of light, but we are all similar because we are all honoring the same God.“

In the evening we had our big farewell party
with a great buffet, games, songs and lots of fun.
